Day 1
1. Introduction of Teachers

2. Watch a Podcast-What we are doing
3. Watch News Coverage
4. What can be done: Do our presentation of what we have been doing, our results, etc.
5. Break into small groups (pre-determined by content area): Have a discussion about how this will best work in your content area
6. come back to Large group and share results
7. Lunch
8. More Logistics:
a. Credit
b. Supper
c. Things to do in the evening in Woodland Park
9. Technical Demo: How to make a podcast
10. Handout Tablet's and work in small groups all afternoon making podcasts
Day 2:
1. Large Group: What are some ideas that are unique to your situataion
2. More Technical Training
3. Begin to do some lesson preperation
4. Lunch
5. Afternoon: Present Lessons in small content area groups
Day 3:
1. Conference Deals:
a. Gateway
b. Wacom
2. More technical training: Now that you have made a podcast how do you get your podcast seen by your students?
a. Google Video
b. Other Podservers
c. Teacher-Tube
d. DVD burning
e. Flash Drives and network computers
3. Have them propogate their lessons to all the places mentioned
4. Lunch
5. Wrap Up discussion: Lets share how we are planning on using this
6. Plug for Peak Educational Consulting to come out and share with their staff
