Join educationalvodcasting.com for three days at the base of Pikes Peak to learn about how to make video podcasts (vodcasts) for your classroom. Vodcasts capture teacher presentations (PowerPoint), voice and writing which is then converted to a video file. This event will feature the use of Gateway Tablet PC's, Wacom Tablets, and SnapKast software.
Vodcasting Changes the Teaching Paradigm and Brings Education into the 21st Century...
o Student homework can become a vodcast with class time spent assisting students and more hands-on learning activities
o Students who miss class are able to access the information through their Ipod, phone, computer or DVD
o Students are able to replay content as many times as needed
Teachers are able to personalize vodcasts or differentiate as needed
